1895 Rebel BBQ is in a historic old building built in 1895. This beautiful old building has been recently remodeled and freshly painted by Brian and Ellen. Our smokers are in the kitchen where we slow smoke pork butts, beef brisket including the burnt ends, chicken wings, and Cajun Bayou links. Whole chickens are cooked in a rotisserie and our famous baby back ribs are dry-rubbed and oven roasted. Platters and sandwiches are served with an amazing selection of traditional homemade sides. Enjoy freshly baked pie, cheesecake, and some baker’s choice house-made desserts. Everything is conveniently prepared “to go” so enjoy it in-house, on a picnic, or at home. Open seasonally May through October, Friday & Saturday 11:00 – 7:00 and Sunday 11:00 – 3:00. Join us! Be a REBEL!!!
