I grew up on my family’s farm working with my Dad. In my mind, the memories of milking cows, making hay, and harvesting corn simply can’t be beat. From the very beginning I knew that the farm is where I belong. In 2015 I took over the farm, and have since been placing stones in its foundation so that some day I may pass it to my kids. Today, my wife and I own and operate Kruse Farms from our home in Hillpoint. We grow and market all natural pork, pasture raised beef, lamb, and honey. Our mission is pretty simple, to provide your family the best products we can.

Locally grown garlic, no herbicides or insecticides, Hand planted, hand weeded, and hand harvested We are a small garlic and shallot grower. We have over 50 varieties of garlic(2500 plants) and 8 varieties of shallots(200 plants).

Gef's Special Blend Gourmet Seasoning started as a mixture of spices that Dan used to season the meats and other foods he prepared for his catering service. Over time, Gef's Seasoning has developed into the perfect, all-natural combination of twenty herbs and spices. It is healthy, has no calories, is low in sodium and it makes everything taste better!

Robert developed his interest in art as a young man living in Ashland, Wisconsin. He is a self-taught artist and has a portfolio of artwork in a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylics, oils, pastels, India ink and pencil sketching, dating back to the early 1950s. His paintings have been accepted in juried exhibits at the Bloomington Art Center in Bloomington, MN; the Savage Art Center in Savage, MN; and he has displayed and sold his works at several art fairs and galleries throughout the country including South Dakota, Minnesota, Texas and Arizona. Robert currently resides in Winona, MN. His work will be for sale at Mary's Organic Farm during the Tour!
