Zac and Brianna
Our story
In the winter of 2019, Zac and Brianna moved to rural La Valle, purchasing a home that at some point in time, had been one of the many staples of Wisconsin agriculture, a small Dairy Farm. Both Zac and Brianna were raised in Wisconsin, with farming being a family affair. So when they purchased their new home, they soon decided that the only reasonable course of action was to start the long journey of revitalizing the property and to return this once proud family farm into what it had been so long ago. At the time, the farm itself had not been worked for many years. With fields fallow, a barn in shambles, and fences rotten, Zac and Brianna were undaunted and considered themselves blessed. With countless hours of work, many days of repair, gallons of sweat, and untold amounts of chaos, the farm slowly had life breathed back into it. New roofs on buildings in 2019, the purchase of their first cattle in 2020, their first corn harvest in 2021, their first batch of pasture pork in 2022, structural repairs in 2023, and the addition of 70 acres in 2024. With every passing year, Zac and Brianna have striven to continue the tradition of Wisconsin agriculture. Farming the land with sustainability and the environment at the forefront of their minds.
